Water treatment within the filtration circuit
UV-C radiation acts on microorganisms as water passes through the lamp chamber, helping to reduce green and cloudy water. The unit is designed for continuous operation in the water circuit alongside mechanical and biological filtration.
- Power: the UV-C lamp is rated at 18 W, while total consumption including the power supply unit is 22 W.
- System limits: maximum flow is 2 500 L/h and maximum operating pressure is 0.3 bar.
- Connections: connectors accommodate 3/4", 1" and 1 1/2" hoses with approximate internal diameters of 20, 25 and 38 mm.
Installation space
The unit is 460 mm long. When integrating it into an existing filtration system, allow for its length and check the hose sizes, flow rate and operating pressure.
