The Creality Falcon T1 is a modular 5-in-1 laser workstation supplied with a 5 W UV laser module. Engineered for delicate surfaces and precision tasks, the UV module utilizes cold processing to mark glass, crystal, plastics, ceramics, and metals without burning or cracking the workpiece.
High-Speed Galvanometer Performance
Equipped with a high-speed galvanometer system, the Falcon T1 moves the laser beam using precision mirrors to achieve engraving speeds of up to 10,000 mm/s. A fine 0.014 mm laser spot and processing accuracy of ≤ 0.01 mm enable detailed surface markings and 3D internal engravings within transparent materials.
Automated Setup and Safety Systems
An integrated HD camera paired with automated calibration software allows accurate artwork positioning directly onto the workpiece. The system includes automatic focus adjustment, while the fully enclosed design satisfies Class 1 safety requirements with active smoke detection, infrared sensors, and dual dynamic flame monitoring.
Modular Flexibility and Software
Modules can be swapped in approximately 15 seconds without tools. The workstation is managed via Falcon Design Space software with support for LightBurn, compatible with both Windows and macOS systems.
