The Creality Falcon T1 40W is a modular laser workstation designed for cutting, marking, surface and internal engraving, and 3D work on curved surfaces. With its tool-free quick-release system, laser modules can be replaced in approximately 15 seconds. The kit includes a 40 W blue diode laser module.
High-Speed Galvanometer Technology
Unlike standard engravers that move the head along mechanical XYZ axes, the Falcon T1 uses an agile galvanometer with rapidly moving mirrors. This enables linear engraving speeds of up to 10 000 mm/s while maintaining fine detail reproduction and a positioning accuracy of ± 0.01 mm.
Precise Alignment and Autofocus
A built-in HD camera combined with an auto-calibration algorithm provides a live preview for placing designs accurately onto the material. The Falcon T1 automatically sets the focus height for each workpiece, while the Falcon Design Space software supports AI-assisted layouts, 3D relief creation, and contour extraction.
Comprehensive Class 1 Safety
The fully enclosed chassis meets Class 1 safety standards, blocking laser radiation across multiple wavelengths. Active monitoring includes internal temperature tracking, smoke detection, and a dual flame-detection system combining an overhead HD camera, an infrared sensor, and AI visual analysis.
