Choose countryThe Creality Falcon A1 Pro is an enclosed 20 W laser engraver and cutter with a 268 × 358 mm working area. Its blue diode laser supports a range of materials, including wood and acrylic for engraving and cutting, with stated cutting capabilities of 10 mm linden plywood and 8 mm black acrylic.
Focusing and workflow
- Autofocus: an AI camera and red measurement laser focus in under 3 seconds, with measurement accuracy of < 0.3 mm.
- Positioning: the HD camera provides a view of the working area to help align designs on the material.
- Controls: the touchscreen provides file history and a process preview. The app supports task launching, real-time progress monitoring and status notifications.
- Working speed: up to 600 mm/s, with batch processing for multiple parts.
Module changes and protective features
Compatible laser modules can be changed without tools. The separately sold 2 W infrared module uses a 1064 nm wavelength and a 0.03 mm laser spot for detailed engraving of metals and plastics.
The enclosed Class 1 design includes a protective shield, a large dual window, filtered smoke extraction and 2 head cooling fans. Opening the cover triggers automatic shutdown, and an emergency stop button is provided. AI flame detection stops the machine and sends an app notification. A power supply and air assist kit are included.

Is the 2 W infrared laser module included?
No. This is the 20 W model; additional interchangeable modules, including the 2 W IR module for engraving metals and plastics, are sold separately. Compatible modules can be changed without tools.
