The Izoxis double outdoor socket provides connections for two devices outdoors or in rooms with increased humidity, such as a garage or workshop. Its surface-mounted housing has a closable cover and an IP66 protection rating.
Connection and installation
- Electrical ratings: 230–250 V, maximum 16 A and 3680 W.
- Housing: ABS plastic with a closable cover.
- Mounting: surface-mounted, with fixings and cable glands included.
- Protection conditions: watertightness is maintained only with the cover closed and the cable glands correctly tightened.
Safety requirements
Installation, connection and servicing must be carried out only by an electrically qualified person. Always disconnect the power at the fuse or main switch before opening the housing, cleaning or working inside it. Do not exceed the maximum load of 16 A; consult an electrician if in doubt.
Do not use the product if the housing, cover, seals, sockets or switches are damaged or show signs of overheating. Do not leave the housing open during precipitation. Do not use it in explosive atmospheres or conditions beyond its IP66 protection rating. Keep children from accessing the inside of the device and the distribution board supplying it.

Is the socket watertight with the cover open?
No. Watertightness is maintained only with the cover closed and the cable glands correctly tightened. The housing must not be left open during precipitation.
