Choose countryThe Habotest HT118A is a digital multimeter for measuring AC and DC voltage and current, resistance, capacitance, frequency and temperature. Automatic range selection simplifies setup, while True RMS supports true root mean square measurements.
Measurement and testing functions
The temperature measurement range is -40 °C to 1000 °C. Duty cycle measurement, diode testing, maximum/minimum readings and data storage are also available.
- NCV and live testing: non-contact voltage detection and live conductor testing with audible and light alerts.
- Continuity testing: audible and light indication when checking a circuit.
- Clear readings: a 6 000-count LCD with a bar graph and dual-colour backlight.
- Low-light use: a built-in torch and LED input jack indicator.
Power and positioning
The display backlight changes to orange when voltage exceeds 80 V or current exceeds 1 A. A folding rear stand supports the meter on a flat surface. Power comes from 2 AA batteries, included with the device, and automatic shutoff activates after 15 minutes of inactivity. This model does not have a dedicated 1.5 V/9 V battery testing function.
