The Q08 2X motorcycle helmet intercom supports rider-to-rider communication, phone calls and music playback via Bluetooth. This package contains 1 intercom; a second compatible device is needed to talk to another rider.
Communication and controls
Two paired intercoms can communicate over distances of up to 300 m in favourable conditions. Actual range depends on terrain and obstacles. Pairing with a smartphone provides the following functions:
- Phone calls: answer, automatic answering, reject and end calls, plus last-number redial.
- Music: play, pause, adjust volume and skip tracks.
- Voice assistant: activate the connected smartphone’s assistant.
Mounting and charging
The unit attaches to the side of the helmet using a clip mount, while the speakers and microphone fit inside with the supplied fasteners. Before installation, check that the mount suits the helmet construction and that there is space for the speakers and microphone. The built-in rechargeable battery charges through USB-C using the included cable.
The housing protects against rain and splashes. Physical buttons provide control, LED indicators show operating status, and multicolour RGB lighting adds a decorative detail.
