The U10 2X is a Bluetooth motorcycle helmet intercom for rider-to-rider communication, phone calls and music. This package contains 1 intercom; a second compatible device is required for conversations with another rider.
Communication and controls
Two paired intercoms can communicate over distances of up to 300 m in favourable conditions. Actual range depends on terrain and obstacles. Pairing with a smartphone lets you handle calls and stream music to the speakers installed inside your helmet.
- Calls: answer, automatic answering, reject and end calls, plus last-number redial.
- Music: play, pause, adjust volume and skip tracks using physical buttons.
- Voice assistant: activate the connected smartphone’s assistant.
- Lighting: multicolour RGB lighting and LED operating indicators.
Installation and charging
The 9 × 5 cm unit mounts on the side of the helmet using a clip bracket. The speakers and wired microphone fit inside the helmet with the supplied fasteners. Before installation, check the available space for the speakers and microphone and whether the bracket fits the helmet’s construction.
The water-resistant housing protects against rain and splashes. A built-in rechargeable battery allows operation without a permanently connected cable. Charging is via USB-C, with a charging cable included.

No. It includes 1 U10 2X intercom, 2 speakers, a wired microphone with a foam cover, a helmet mounting bracket, hook-and-loop fasteners and mounting accessories, a USB-C charging cable, a user manual and original packaging. A second compatible intercom is needed to talk to another rider.
