Choose countryThe Cobra Tector CT-1079 is a handheld pinpointer metal detector for locating metal objects precisely, including coins and jewellery. It provides 360° detection with a stated detection distance of 4–5 cm.
Alerts and controls
- 3 alert modes: sound, vibration, or sound and vibration together.
- Automatic tuning: the detector tunes automatically and remembers the last settings.
- Built-in LED torch: illuminates the search area in darkness and dimly lit spaces.
- Battery indicator: shows the battery level.
Use and included accessories
IPX8 waterproofing allows use in water. The detector is also suitable for searching in soil, on lawns, in sand and mud, and indoors or outdoors. A rubberised grip section helps with handling, while the net weight is 0.18 kg.
Power requires 1 × 9 V battery, which is not included. A holster, carabiner and user manual are included.
