MOUNTAIN GOAT Premium traction spikes fit over hiking and winter footwear to improve grip on ice and compacted snow. This black size L version fits shoe sizes 41–43.
Grip and construction
13 stainless steel spikes, chains with wide plates and a hinged forefoot support help provide purchase on slippery, uneven ground. The design also includes a reinforced heel support.
- Flexible fitting: the TPE surround resists low temperatures, remains flexible and reduces snow adhesion.
- Adjustable fastening: a textile hook-and-loop strap adjusts to the width of the footwear.
- Easy orientation: front and rear markings help position the spikes correctly.
- Transport: a protective carry bag is included.
Uses and limitations
Suitable for walks on snowy forest roads and icy paths, running on slippery snow and ice, small snow-covered hills and outdoor work in winter. Intended for recreational use. Do not use for mountaineering.
