The 4FIZJO Power Rope is a 12 m battle rope for strength, endurance and functional training. This black version has a diameter of 3.2 cm and weighs approximately 8.5 kg.
Rope exercises can engage the upper body as well as the abdominal, back, leg and gluteal muscles. Use it for waves, circular movements and rope slams, either as a separate workout or as part of a broader training programme.
The rope is made from material with increased abrasion resistance. Rubberised non-slip handles help maintain your grip during movement.
