The Trizand set contains 4 latex resistance bands for strength training, general exercise and stretching. Different resistance levels let you select a band for each exercise and gradually adjust workout intensity.
Four resistance levels
- Grey band: 2–6 kg.
- Light green band: 5–15 kg.
- Black band: 10–30 kg.
- Dark green band: 15–40 kg.
The bands are 4 mm thick and made from non-slip latex. They can be used at home, at the gym or outdoors, and rinsed with water after training.
Included accessories and use
The set includes 4 bands, 1 anchor for placement under or over a door, and a polyester storage bag. The door anchor incorporates soft EVA foam.
Use the bands as intended and exercise on a flat, stable surface. Check each band before every use; do not use it if there are cracks, abrasions or other damage. Stretch carefully to avoid muscle strain or a band snapping. These bands are not toys, and children must only use them under adult supervision. Store in a dry place away from sharp edges, heat sources and direct sunlight.
