Choose countryThe Beurer PO 45 is a compact medical pulse oximeter for measuring arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2), pulse rate and perfusion index (PI). Its small, lightweight design makes it suitable for use at home and on the go.
Measurement and display
Simple, painless measurement takes 8 seconds. The colour display provides a graphical pulse display, 7 display formats and adjustable brightness. A symbol appears if the measurement is unsteady.
- Measurements: SpO2, pulse rate and perfusion index, with a pulse rate range of 30–250 beats/min.
- Applications: particularly suitable for heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchial asthma, as well as high-altitude sports such as skiing, mountaineering and sport flying.
- Power: requires 2 AAA batteries, with automatic switch-off and a battery replacement indicator.
Connections and limitations
The device does not operate from the mains and has no Bluetooth, USB or app compatibility. Arrhythmia detection and WHO classification are not provided.
