The 4FIZJO MED+ is a portable fingertip pulse oximeter for non-invasive measurement of blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate. It is intended for adults and children, for use at home and in healthcare facilities.
Measurements and display settings
The SpO2 measurement range is 70–100 %, while the pulse range is 30–254 beats per minute. Oxygen saturation measurement takes 5 seconds. The colour OLED display offers adjustable brightness and display mode.

Contraindications and use restrictions
Do not use on the same arm as a blood pressure cuff, arterial catheter or fluid infusion line. Listed contraindications include weak pulse and venous pulsations; anaemia or low haemoglobin concentration; intravascular contrast agents and other dyes; carboxyhaemoglobin, methaemoglobin or dysfunctional haemoglobin; anatomical changes, swelling, scars or burns on the fingers; artificial nails or nail polish.
