Choose countryAjax Hub is a white control panel for the Ajax security system, monitoring devices, collecting data and analysing threats while filtering false alarms. Two-way Jeweller wireless communication supports up to 100 devices at distances of up to 2 000 m in open space.
Connectivity and control
The hub uses Ethernet with a GSM backup channel and sends alarms through push notifications, SMS or phone calls. Up to 50 users and a security company can connect for direct monitoring. Third-party RTSP cameras are supported for video surveillance.
- Control options: use a keychain remote, smartphone app or web browser, with an event history retained by the hub.
- Geofence reminders: receive reminders to arm the system when leaving and disarm it on return.
- System checks: device polling every 12–300 seconds, plus remote testing of connection quality, detection areas and radio noise.
- Updates: free, automatic firmware and software updates; operation at a connection speed of just 0.5 kbit/s.
Protection and backup power
The tamper-resistant body conceals sockets and buttons. Jamming detection, channel encryption and authentication protect communication, while the hub selects an unaffected frequency if a channel fails. The DeliverAnyway algorithm helps maintain notifications during network failures. Loss of external power immediately triggers an alarm, and the backup battery provides up to 15 hours of operation using GSM only. The AC power adapter is built into the body.
Installation and configuration
The interactive manual and SmartBraket mounts allow installation in under 15 minutes. Devices connect with a single click, and two-way communication supports periodic testing and configuration. An ARM processor handles system tasks.

What is included?

Does the hub work if mains power or Ethernet fails?
