Verbatim aluminium grey PLA filament is designed for material-extrusion 3D printing. This variant provides 1 kg of material over a length of 335 m, with a diameter of 1.75 ± 0.03 mm to support consistent feeding.

Processing and applications

The material is odourless during processing and easy to work with. Printed parts can be post-processed to adjust and refine models. Applications include concept models, cases, transport containers, educational projects, and medical and hygienic products.

Print settings and spool fit

The processing temperature is 200–220 °C. Recommended settings are an extrusion temperature of 210 ± 10 °C, a bed temperature of 60 °C and a printing speed of 30 mm/s. To assess spool-holder fit, check the 200 mm spool diameter, 72 mm width and 51 mm inner hub diameter.
