Flexible functional parts
This thermoplastic polyurethane has a hardness of 95A and suits cases, handles, seals and mechanical parts that need to bend or stretch. It offers abrasion and tear resistance, with elongation at break up to 1063% and tensile strength of 34.4 MPa.
Printing and storage conditions
Use a printing temperature of 190–210 °C at 50–80 mm/s, or 210–230 °C at 80–120 mm/s. The bed temperature is 50–60 °C. Store the filament in an airtight container with a desiccant at below 20% relative humidity. The specified drying temperature is 50 °C.
