Sunlu TPU 95A is a white flexible filament for FDM printing of parts that need to bend, stretch and return to their original shape. Suitable applications include cases, handles, gaskets and functional mechanical parts. This variant provides 1 kg of 1.75 mm filament, with an approximate length of 330 m.

Flexibility and mechanical properties

The thermoplastic polyurethane has a hardness of 95A, combining flexibility with shape retention and resistance to abrasion and tearing. Tensile strength is 34.4 MPa, while elongation at break reaches 1063%. It can be used for prototypes and finished functional parts.

Printing settings and storage

  • Temperature and speed: print at 190–210 °C for 50–80 mm/s, or 210–230 °C for 80–120 mm/s.
  • Print bed: the recommended temperature is 50–60 °C.
  • Feeding: a diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm and a uniform, bubble-free structure support consistent feeding. Melt flow rate (MFR) is 23.5 g/10 min.
  • Storage: keep in an airtight container with a desiccant at below 20% relative humidity. The drying temperature is 50 °C.

The filament is compatible with FDM printers. Check your printer's supported materials, filament diameter and printing settings when choosing it.
