Flexibility and mechanical properties
With a hardness of 95A, this TPU absorbs shocks and deformation while maintaining shape stability. It offers abrasion and tear resistance, a tensile strength of 34.4 MPa and elongation at break of up to 1063%.
Printing settings and storage
- Filament size: 1.75 mm diameter with a ±0.02 mm tolerance; 1 kg provides approximately 330 m of material.
- Temperature and speed: 190–210 °C at 50–80 mm/s, or 210–230 °C at 80–120 mm/s.
- Print bed: recommended temperature of 50–60 °C.
- Storage: keep in an airtight container with a desiccant at below 20% RH. The drying temperature is 50 °C.
The filament is compatible with FDM printers. Check the filament diameter and specified printing settings when selecting suitable equipment.
