Choose countrySunlu Easy PA is a natural white PA6/66 nylon copolymer filament for printing functional 3D parts. Its low shrinkage helps reduce internal stress, cracking and warping while supporting dimensional stability.
Mechanical and thermal properties
The material combines impact resistance and flexibility, with a tensile strength of 75 MPa and flexural strength of 98 MPa. It is suited to mechanical components and wear parts. Its heat deflection temperature is 121 °C.
Printing and storage
- Filament: 1.75 mm diameter with a ±0.03 mm tolerance; 1 kg weight.
- Print settings: 250–270 °C at 50–100 mm/s or 270–280 °C at 100–150 mm/s.
- Storage: keep in an airtight container with a desiccant at below 20% relative humidity.
