Choose countrySunlu Easy PA is a black PA6/66 nylon copolymer filament for 3D printing functional and mechanical parts. Its low shrinkage helps reduce internal stress and warping during printing while supporting dimensional stability.
Mechanical and thermal properties
The material combines impact resistance and flexibility with a tensile strength of 75 MPa and flexural strength of 98 MPa. Its heat deflection temperature is 121 °C; this property is not the same as a continuous operating temperature limit.
Printing settings and storage
- At 50–100 mm/s: use a printing temperature of 250–270 °C.
- At 100–150 mm/s: use a printing temperature of 270–280 °C.
- Filament size and quantity: 1.75 mm diameter with a ±0.03 mm tolerance, 1 kg weight and approximately 350 m length.
- Storage: keep in an airtight container with a desiccant at below 20% relative humidity.
