Sunlu ABS R red ABS filament for 3D printing
Delivery options to:
Choose countrySunlu ABS R is a red ABS filament for 3D printing functional parts, technical prototypes and everyday items. It offers mechanical strength and resistance to impacts, abrasion and scratches.
Applications and finishing
Use it for enclosures, brackets, handles, tooling and mechanical parts, as well as simple automotive, engineering and industrial projects.
- Shape retention: the material is intended for applications where dimensional stability matters under pressure, friction and elevated temperatures.
- Thermal properties: its Vicat softening temperature is 86 °C and its heat deflection temperature is 95 °C.
- Post-processing: printed parts can be drilled, tapped, sanded and painted to suit the project.
An enclosed build chamber is recommended
Use with an enclosed 3D printer is recommended, with the Bambulab P and X series given as examples. An enclosed chamber helps maintain a stable printing temperature and reduces the risk of warping.

Is an enclosed printer recommended for this filament?
Yes. An enclosed build chamber helps maintain a stable temperature and reduces the risk of ABS parts warping during printing. The Bambulab P and X series are listed as examples.
How can printed parts be finished?
Printed parts can be drilled, tapped, sanded and painted to adapt them to the project's requirements.
