The FeiyuTech Scorp mini P Kit is a handheld gimbal for smartphone filming, supplied with a magnetic fill light, tracking module, accessory adapter and rigid carrying case. It supports phones 55–88 mm wide, weighing up to 520 g, with screens under 7 inches.
Control and framing
Two integrated grips support upright and top-handle operation, with portrait or landscape phone positioning. Use the joystick, buttons or Magic Wheel to control movement; in professional mode, the wheel also controls focus and zoom. F1 and F2 buttons provide assignable functions.
- Stabilisation: PF, PTF, FPV, Lock and FFW modes offer different axis-following behaviour and response.
- Tracking and lighting: the magnetic tracking module follows a moving subject and supports gesture control, while the light provides fill illumination.
- Creative modes: panoramas, auto rotation, timelapse, Track timelapse, Dolly Zoom, light trails and overlapping images.
App, mounting and power
The free Feiyu ON app for Android and iOS provides settings, Bluetooth control and software updates. Activating face tracking with the trigger button requires an app connection. The accessory adapter has a cold shoe and 3 additional 1/4-inch threads. The folding stand also works as a grip extension, and independent axis locks help immobilise the gimbal for transport.
The 2200 mAh battery provides up to 11 hours of operation, with USB-C charging taking about 1.5 hours. The tracking module is powered through USB-C and needs no additional batteries. Direct attachment of action cameras is not recommended; use the Quick Mount Plate for this purpose.
