The FeiyuTech Scorp 2 Kit is a handheld gimbal for VDSLR cameras weighing up to 2.5 kg. Its integrated AI module follows a person or subject, while the revised L-shaped plate and mounting rail support portrait and landscape installation without an extra adapter.
Tracking and camera control
AI tracking and gesture control work without an app or separate tracking module. Gestures can activate tracking, control recording, take a photo and set framing. Compatible cameras connect by cable or Bluetooth, with available controls depending on the camera model.
- Movement options: PF, Lock, PTF, FPV and FFW modes, plus timelapse, panorama and automatic 360° rotation.
- Physical controls: touchscreen, joystick, FPV button, trigger and Magic Knob for movement and settings. An external follow focus module for focus or zoom control is sold separately.
- Remote operation: the Feiyu SCORP app supports settings, calibration, updates and control through smartphone movements.
Mounting and power
Arca-Swiss plates, axis locks and marked sliders help prepare the camera for shooting. The dual-grip design includes a built-in folding stand and a detachable handle that also serves as a tripod. With correct balancing, battery life reaches up to 13 hours; USB-C charging takes about 1.6 hours. Power-bank operation is also supported.
The Kit adds a handle extension, ARRI rosette mount, adapter with extra 1/4″ threads and carrying case. Mounting hardware, a lens support and connection cables are also included.
