The 4FIZJO human head cross-section model is a life-size teaching aid for studying and explaining human anatomy. Made at a scale of 1:1, it shows the central part of the head and is mounted on an included base.
Anatomical structures shown
The model depicts the brain, pituitary and pineal glands, sections of the pharynx, tongue, tonsils, and hard and soft palates. It also shows the vocal and vestibular folds, thyroid and cricoid cartilages, mandible, hyoid bone, nasal cavities and conchae, muscles, nerves and blood vessels.
For teaching and demonstrations
