4FIZJO adjustable doorway pull-up bar 66–100 cm, black and yellow
The 4FIZJO pull-up bar uses a tension mechanism to fit inside a doorway for home strength training. This black and yellow steel bar adjusts from 66 to 100 cm and has a maximum load of 150 kg.
Grip options and secure positioning
- Foam grips: conform to the shape of your hands and do not accumulate sweat.
- Wide or narrow grip: the foam sections are positioned to accommodate both hand positions.
- Silicone suction pads: hexagonal, non-slip supports help hold the bar in place.
- Locking collars: prevent the bar from unscrewing during training.
Fitting the bar
Slide the locking collars outwards and extend both ends evenly to match the doorway width. Turn the centre section in the opposite direction to wedge the bar firmly into the frame. Slide the collars towards the centre, aligning their teeth with the corresponding openings. Before use, check that the bar is properly secured by gripping it and hanging with your legs bent.
