Choose countryThe EcoFlow Alternator Charger 600W uses energy from your vehicle’s alternator to charge a portable power station while driving. Its output of up to 600 W can replenish approximately 1 kWh of energy in about 1.9 hours.
Operating modes and compatibility
The charger supports 12 V and 24 V starter batteries, including AGM, lead-acid and LiFePO4 types, and works with standard and smart alternators. It supports most 24 V and 48 V portable power stations, including EcoFlow RIVER and DELTA series models and selected third-party models.
- Power station charging: up to 600 W while travelling.
- Battery maintenance: up to 100 W to maintain starter battery voltage.
- Reverse charging: transfers energy from the power station to the vehicle battery. A separately purchased XT150 or 4+8 communication cable is required; the included XT60 cable does not support this function.
- Monitoring: view starter battery voltage, power station charge level and estimated charging time through the EcoFlow app, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Installation and protection
The charger starts automatically when the engine is switched on. Supplied cabling includes an input cable with an integrated ignition wire, with braided cable sheathing for abrasion resistance. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth provide wireless connectivity.
Electrical protections, overheating protection and a 125 A fuse are complemented by passive heat dissipation. An emergency mode operating at approximately 15 A gradually restores voltage in a discharged battery. The enclosure is rated IP4X.

Can the included cable charge the vehicle battery from the power station?
No. Reverse charging requires a separately purchased XT150 or 4+8 communication cable. The included XT60 cable does not support this function.
