Choose countryThe Makita DJV182ZJ is an 18 V LXT cordless jigsaw for straight and curved cuts in wood, steel and aluminium. This version comes in a MAKPAC transport case without a battery or charger.
Adjust the cut to the material
A brushless motor and an adjustable stroke rate of 800–3 500 min⁻¹ let you match operation to the material. Choose from 3 orbital-action stages and a neutral setting. Cutting capacity reaches 135 mm in wood at 90°, 10 mm in steel and 20 mm in aluminium. The base tilts up to 45° to the left and right for bevel cuts.
Control and cutting-line visibility
- Blade changes: toolless replacement simplifies switching tasks.
- Visibility: an LED work light and dust blower help keep the cutting line visible.
- Handling: a rubberised handle, soft start and electric brake support controlled operation.
- Dust removal: an external dust extraction system can be connected.
Deep-discharge protection automatically switches the tool off when the battery is nearly empty. Saw blades, a base cover and a dust extraction nozzle are included.
