Choose countryThe Berdsen electric meat grinder prepares minced meat, homemade sausages and kebbe. This set also includes 4 grating and slicing attachments for additional food preparation tasks.
Grinding and sausage making
Choose between plates with 3, 5 and 7 mm holes for fine, medium or coarse grinding. A steel auger feeds food through the grinder, while the reverse function changes the direction of rotation.
- Sausage attachment: 12 cm long with a 12.5 mm outlet diameter.
- Kebbe attachment: for preparing kebbe.
- 4 additional attachments: for coarse strips, fine strips, slices and grating potatoes.
Power and care
The grinder uses a 230 V power supply and has a 110 cm power cable. A user manual is included. After use, wash the components in warm water with detergent, excluding the motor housing. Do not use chlorine-based or bleach-containing cleaners or abrasive sponges, as these can damage the appliance.
