Mincing and attachments
- Texture selection: plates with 3, 5 and 7 mm holes.

Cleaning and power
The sausage-making accessories, blades and mincing plates are dishwasher-safe. The auger, mincing tube and tray must be washed by hand with mild detergent and without abrasive sponges.
