The Berdsen BD-601B is an electric meat mincer with vegetable-processing attachments. It combines meat mincing, sausage and kebbe preparation with vegetable grating and slicing in one appliance.

Mincing and vegetable preparation

3 mincing plates: 3, 5 and 7 mm holes provide different mince textures.
4 vegetable inserts: for thick and thin strips, slices, grating and purées.
Sausage and kebbe attachments: the sausage attachment has a 12.5 mm outlet diameter.
Reverse function: changes the direction of rotation.

Storage and cleaning

The mincer has a steel auger and a built-in accessory compartment. It runs on a 230 V supply and has a 110 cm power cable. Peak power is 1200 W.

The sausage-making accessories, blades and mincing plates are dishwasher-safe. The auger, feed tube and tray must be washed by hand using mild detergent and non-abrasive sponges.
