4FIZJO EPP double massage ball 8 cm, black and green
The 4FIZJO double massage ball is designed for targeted self-massage and muscle and fascia release. Two joined 8 cm balls form a 16 cm long massage tool with a very hard surface for focused pressure.
Uses and material
Use it to massage the back, neck, lumbar region, shoulder blade area, chest, upper thighs and sides of the body, as well as the muscles alongside the spine. It supports static pressure on individual points or slow rolling along tense muscles. The EPP foam resists deformation and is easy to clean and disinfect.
Restrictions on use
Do not use on open wounds, areas of bleeding into tissues or broken tissue. Do not massage bony prominences, joints or bones. Do not use on skin affected by fungal infections, infectious diseases or rashes, or on sensitive, delicate skin, for example in people with diabetes or circulation problems. Medical approval is required in cases of cancer. Stop use if you experience excessive discomfort, dizziness, a drop in blood pressure or other unusual symptoms.
