4FIZJO EPP massage ball 12 cm, extra firm, black and green
The 4FIZJO 12 cm massage ball is designed for targeted self-massage and muscle and fascia release. This black and green EPP foam version is extra firm, allowing concentrated pressure on a selected muscle area.
Targeted pressure and self-massage
Use it on the muscles of the back and neck, chest, shoulders, shoulder blade area, thighs and buttocks. It can also complement physiotherapy exercises at home. For stationary pressure, increase pressure gradually on the selected muscle point; for self-massage, move the ball slowly along the tense muscle.
The EPP foam resists deformation. The ball is easy to clean and disinfect and can be wiped with a damp cloth after use.
Contraindications and restrictions
Do not use on open wounds, areas of bleeding into tissue or areas where tissue integrity is compromised. Do not massage bony prominences, joints or bones. Do not use on skin affected by fungal or infectious diseases or rashes, or on sensitive and delicate skin, for example in people with diabetes or circulatory problems. Medical approval is required in cases of cancer. Stop use if excessive discomfort, dizziness, a drop in blood pressure or other abnormalities occur.
