The 4FIZJO EPP massage ball is designed for targeted self-massage and releasing tense muscles and fascia. This black and green model has an 8 cm diameter and a very hard surface for focused pressure on a selected area.
Targeted pressure and rolling
Use it to massage the muscles of the back and neck, chest, shoulders, forearms, thighs, calves and buttocks, as well as the feet and hands. It supports both static pressure on a selected muscle point and slow rolling along a tense muscle. It can also complement physiotherapy exercises at home.
The EPP foam resists deformation. The ball is easy to clean and disinfect, and can be wiped with a damp cloth after use.
Contraindications and restrictions
Do not use on open wounds, areas of bleeding into tissues or areas where tissue integrity is compromised. Do not self-massage bony prominences, joints or bones. Do not use on skin affected by fungal or infectious conditions or rashes, or on sensitive, delicate skin, for example in people with diabetes or circulatory problems. Medical approval is required in cases of cancer. Stop use if you experience excessive discomfort, dizziness, a drop in blood pressure or other abnormal reactions.
