Location tracking and voice contact
GPS, AGPS, LBS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Active Radar support positioning in different surroundings. Location updates arrive every 5 seconds, while the app creates an activity map and stores up to 1 year of location history. Instant Tracking Call automatically answers calls from the app so you can hear the surroundings and speak to people nearby. Remote Voice Recall lets you send familiar voice commands to your pet.
- Alerts: set up to 4 safe zones and receive notifications when your pet leaves a zone, the tracker is removed from the collar or unusual activity is detected.
- Activity: monitor distance, active time and calories, set individual goals, and review activity alerts and weekly reports.
- Sharing: share location, history and alerts with an unlimited number of family members.
- Nearby searching: an LED light and audible alert help locate your pet in poor visibility.
Connectivity and everyday use
The built-in cloud-based eSIM supports over 390 carriers, with LTE/4G, 5G and automatic selection of the strongest signal. No physical SIM installation is needed. The IP67 housing is dustproof and withstands temporary immersion up to 1 m deep for 30 minutes. Battery life reaches up to 7 days in power-saving mode; charging through the magnetic Pogo Pin connector takes about 2 hours.
A one-month free trial of the SureTrack Pro service is included. Afterwards, you can extend the subscription by choosing an available plan.
