Conductors and connectors
- Shielding: double shielding with aluminium foil helps protect the signal from external electromagnetic interference.
- Conductors: 28AWG oxygen-free copper cores.
- Contacts: metal plugs with corrosion-resistant 24K gold-plated contacts.
- Latch protection: a soft push-in element helps protect the locking spring during connection and disconnection.
Routing and compatibility
The dual-layer PVC jacket resists water, UV radiation, mechanical stress and low temperatures. The cable is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Its RJ45 connectors fit computers, routers, network switches, Smart TVs, set-top boxes and monitors equipped with an RJ45 network port. The cable itself needs no drivers or configuration.
