Flat profile for easier routing
The flexible, 1.47 mm thick cable can be routed under carpets, along skirting boards and around doorframes without chiselling walls. Its flat shape also makes cables easier to arrange behind furniture.
Conductors and contacts
The cable uses 8 twisted-pair conductors with a 32AWG aluminium-clad oxygen-free copper core. The twisted pairs help reduce electromagnetic interference. A double-layer PVC sheath supports indoor and outdoor use. The 24K gold-plated contacts help resist corrosion, while the soft-touch latch protects the locking spring during plugging and unplugging.
