Direct-Contact Heat Dissipation
Four 6 mm copper heat pipes with 0.3 mm wall thickness make direct contact with the CPU surface (Direct Contact Bottom). Enhanced by AGHP anti-gravity technology and 40 aluminum fins measuring 118 × 40 × 0.3 mm, the heatsink delivers reliable thermal transfer.
120 mm PWM Fan with Hydrostatic Bearing
The included 120 × 120 × 25 mm fan operates between 800 and 2000 ±10% RPM, delivering an airflow of up to 73.97 CFM and static pressure of 2.2 mm H₂O. With a hydrostatic bearing rated for 40 000 hours of operation, peak noise levels remain at 35.8 dBA.
