Choose countryThe be quiet! Dark Rock Slim is an air cooler for CPUs with a TDP of up to 180 W, designed for systems running demanding workloads. Its slim single-tower heatsink keeps memory slots clear and preserves space around the CPU socket.
Heat transfer and fan control
- Heatsink: 4 copper heatpipes, each 6 mm in diameter, transfer heat to wave-shaped fins that support airflow and even heat distribution.
- Fan: the 120 mm Silent Wings 3 uses PWM speed control and reaches up to 1500 rpm. Noise at full speed is up to 23.6 dB(A).
- Vibration reduction: isolated fan mounts reduce additional operating noise.
- Expansion: an additional 120 mm fan can be installed.
The black coating contains ceramic particles to support heat transfer to the surrounding air. When checking case fit, allow for the cooler's 159 mm height, 72 mm width and 127 mm depth.
