Ajax TurretCam HL is a wired AI-powered IP security camera featuring an 8 MP sensor and a 2.8 mm lens, designed for both indoor and outdoor surveillance. It provides precise motion detection alongside onboard AI recognition of people, vehicles, and animals.

Hybrid Illumination and High-Definition Imaging

The hybrid illumination system automatically alternates between infrared and white light based on motion detection or object classification. This delivers clear, full-color video footage in complete darkness while providing an active visual deterrent. The camera supports True WDR, up to 3840 x 2160 resolution at 20 FPS, and rapid encrypted transmission via the JetSparrow protocol.

System Integration and Data Privacy

Fully integrated into the Ajax system, TurretCam HL allows visual alarm verification triggered by Ajax security detectors. Management is handled through mobile and desktop apps featuring customizable video walls and rapid archive searches. Security is enhanced through passwordless mTLS authentication, encrypted certificates, customizable privacy zones, and compatibility with ONVIF Profile S and partial Profile T.
