Choose countryAjax FireProtect Plus is a black wireless smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) detector for indoor use. It reports smoke, dangerous CO levels and rapid temperature rises, even when no smoke is present.
Alarms and protection
- Alerts: light and sound alarms, a built-in 85 dB siren for smoke or heat alarms, and interconnected alarms.
- Verification: a double-check before an alarm is sent.
- Protection: authentication against spoofing and a tampering alarm.
Communication and monitoring
The detector can operate autonomously without Ajax Hub. When connected to the hub, two-way Jeweller communication supports periodic testing and customisation through a mobile or web app. Communication range reaches up to 1 300 m in open space, and connection quality can be tested remotely.
You can start a smoke-chamber check from the app, while the detector notifies you when cleaning is needed. Power consumption adjusts to the distance from Ajax Hub. Battery life is up to 4 years with communication once per minute.
Installation and contents
SmartBracket mounts allow installation without dismantling the body. The package contains the detector, 2 pre-installed CR2 batteries, a pre-installed CR2032 additional battery and an installation set.
