The 4FIZJO rehabilitation bolster supports the body when lying down and can be used for exercise and massage. This blue 100 × 30 cm version can be positioned beneath the head, arms, back or knees.
Support for exercise and therapy
The medium-firm, flexible foam filling provides support in different body positions. The bolster can be used for strengthening, stabilisation and balance exercises, corrective gymnastics and physiotherapy treatments. Supported applications also include children's motor development activities and sensory integration sessions.
It can be used during massage of the backs of the legs, back, abdomen and chest, as well as foot reflexology.
Easy-care cover
The slightly glossy PVC cover has a zip and resists soiling, including from massage oils. It is easy to clean and disinfect, while the flexible filling resists deformation. The bolster is suitable for use in physiotherapy practices and for exercise at home.
