4FIZJO foam knee pads provide soft support for knees and elbows during yoga and other exercises. Their contoured shape helps provide stable support while separating the body from a hard surface.
The pads can also support ankles and palms, be used for planks and push-ups, or provide cushioning while working in the garden or garage. They are made from deformation-resistant polyurethane (PU).
The set contains 2 grey pads. Each pad is 20 cm in diameter, 2 cm thick and weighs 125 g.
