Wind and rainfall records
An LCD wind rose shows wind direction, with the prevailing direction displayed as a compass point or in degrees. View current, average or highest wind speed and recall recorded maxima with their time and date. The wind meter is solar-assisted.
- Rainfall: today's graph, accumulated readings over several periods and a monthly history for the last 12 months.
- Weather: forecast symbols, relative air pressure and a graph of pressure changes over 24 hours.
- Alerts: adjustable thresholds for temperature, humidity, rain and wind.
- Time: radio-controlled clock, full date and weekday in 8 languages.
Placement and power
The station can stand on a surface or hang on a wall. The base needs 3 AA batteries and the transmitters need 7 AA batteries in total; batteries are not included. The system supports up to 3 thermo-hygro transmitters, with additional transmitters sold separately.
