The white Berdsen BD-523 is a compressor dehumidifier that collects moisture from the air through condensation. It offers a maximum extraction capacity of 20 l/24 h and is recommended for a room volume of 60 m³.

Modes and humidity control

Choose from 6 modes: normal, continuous, ventilation, laundry drying, night and powerful. Humidity can be set within a 30–80% range, while the LCD shows the current room humidity and selected functions. Night mode turns off the control panel illumination.

Controls: touch panel, adjustable fan speed and a 24-hour timer.
Humidity indicator: red above 70%, green from 50 to 70%, and blue below 50%.
Child lock: disables the other buttons when activated.

Water collection and drainage

Water collects in a 6.5 l tank. When it is full, the appliance stops automatically and sounds an alert. A hose for continuous drainage is included. Handles and wheels make the unit easier to move.

The unit features automatic defrosting and an easy-to-clean antibacterial particle filter. The minimum operating environment temperature is 5 °C.
