Choose countryThe BRESSER WiFi 4CAST MD weather station combines local measurements with internet weather forecasts. Its solar-powered 7-in-1 outdoor sensor is supplied alongside a separate wireless thermo-hygro sensor, which works with the base's built-in sensor to monitor the indoor climate in 2 rooms at once.
Measurements and forecasts
- Outdoor readings: temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, rainfall, UV level and light intensity.
- Forecasts: 7-day charts for high, low and daily average temperature and precipitation probability, plus a 24-hour forecast with hourly charts.
- Data analysis: air pressure, feels-like temperature, dew point, maximum/minimum memory and trend graphs for pressure, temperature, humidity and rainfall.
- Online access: WiFi for retrieving and sharing data on ProWeatherLive, WeatherUnderground, Weathercloud and an additional platform, with viewing via app or browser.
The base also shows moon phase, sunrise, sunset, and internet-synchronised time and date. It includes an alarm clock and an indoor comfort indicator. The separate thermo-hygro sensor has its own display, and the system can be expanded with optional sensors.
Placement and power
The base can stand on a table or mount on a wall. A large movable solar panel powers the outdoor sensor in sufficient sunlight; 3 AA batteries provide backup when sunlight is insufficient. Both wireless sensors have a range of up to 150 m.
The base's mains adapter is included. Its CR2032 backup battery, the outdoor sensor's 3 AA batteries and the additional sensor's 2 AA batteries are not included.
