Choose countryThis Malatec shelving unit provides storage for a cellar, garage, warehouse or shop. Measuring 220 × 100 × 45 cm, it has 5 shelves with adjustable heights to accommodate different items.
Construction and configuration
- Materials: a galvanised steel frame and 4 mm MDF shelves, with a reinforcing crossbar beneath each shelf.
- Adjustment: mounting holes are spaced at 3 cm intervals.
- Layout options: two-part uprights allow assembly as workbenches. Multiple shelving units can also be joined together.
- Feet: non-slip plastic caps help protect the floor from scratches.
Assembly and load limits
The boltless construction uses push-fit crossbars. Read the instructions before assembly and use a rubber mallet for installation.
The maximum load is 175 kg per shelf and 875 kg for the whole unit. Never exceed the shelf limit, distribute weight evenly and place the heaviest items on the lowest shelves. Positioning against a wall is recommended for stability; at maximum load, the unit must be screwed to the wall. Avoid storage in damp rooms.
