High-Definition Micro-OLED Display
Equipped with 5.5th-generation Dual-Layer Micro-OLED panels and the Vision 4000 Display Chip, the glasses provide real-time image processing and accurate color rendering. A 120 Hz refresh rate, 1,200 nits peak brightness, 200,000:1 contrast ratio, and Delta E < 2 color accuracy ensure smooth and vivid visuals. Supported display formats include SDR, AI HDR, and Dolby Vision, with dedicated Standard, Movie, Eye Care, and Read modes.
Motion Tracking and Spatial Modes
The integrated Zone 360 system provides 3DoF head motion tracking across three axes. Users can select between three spatial viewing setups:
- Stable Mode: keeps the image stabilized during head movement.
- Pinned Mode: anchors the display to a fixed point in space.
- Follow Mode: ensures the virtual display smoothly follows head direction.
The headset also supports switching between 2D and 3D display modes.
Sound Co-Developed with Bang & Olufsen
The built-in quad-speaker system features a six-magnet architecture co-developed with Bang & Olufsen. Directional audio conduits reduce sound leakage by up to 80%, while Standard Audio, Whisper Audio, and Spatial Surround Audio modes tailor the acoustic output to various environments.
Connectivity and Practical Design
The RayNeo GT Max is powered directly by the host device through a USB-C connection with DisplayPort support, requiring no internal battery. An included prescription lens frame enables straightforward fitting for users requiring vision correction.
