Newell Freya combines an RGB LED light, magnetic smartphone holder and camera cage in one frame. Four panels surround the phone with even illumination for videos, selfies, live streams and product photography.
Adjust the lighting
Set the colour temperature from 2500 to 6500 K or select RGB colours across a 0–359° range. A CRI of 95+ supports accurate colour rendering. Individual panels can be switched off to change the lighting direction. With the side panels off, the frame can be gripped at the sides for handheld filming. Dials and buttons provide control over the settings.
Mounting and cordless use
- Phone attachment: MagSafe mounting supports iPhones from the 12 series onwards. The included self-adhesive magnetic ring provides attachment for other smartphones or phone cases.
- Placement and accessories: a folding mini tripod supports tabletop use. Three 1/4″ threads on the bottom and sides allow accessory attachment or mounting on a lighting stand.
- Battery power: the built-in 3000 mAh battery enables cordless use and charges through USB-C.
The set contains the light, a USB-A to USB-C cable, a self-adhesive magnetic ring and a mini tripod.

Can I use it with an Android phone or an older iPhone?
Yes. The set includes a self-adhesive magnetic ring for attachment to a phone case or cover. MagSafe mounting supports iPhones from the 12 series onwards.
How is the light charged?
Charge the built-in battery through the USB-C port using the included 100 cm USB-A to USB-C cable. A power bank, laptop or USB charger can supply power.
