Choose countryThe Ermenrich NG40 is a portable combustible gas leak detector with a flexible probe for reaching awkward inspection points. It is intended for households with gas appliances, industrial workshops and petrol stations.
Measurements and alerts
The measuring range is 0–10 000 ppm. Its sensitive sensor detects small leaks, while the LCD shows the current gas concentration together with the maximum and average readings over the last minute.
- Adjustable thresholds: alarm limits can be set; the listed low threshold is 500 ppm and the high threshold is 2 000 ppm.
- Three alert types: light, sound and vibration warn when a threshold is exceeded.
- Battery monitoring: a battery status indicator is shown on the display.
Housing and power
The IP65 housing provides full dust protection and protection against water jets. Its explosion-protection marking is Ex ib IIB T4 Gb. The built-in lithium-ion battery provides up to 8 hours of operation on a single charge.
A USB charging cable, AC adapter and aluminium storage case are included.
